Temporary pacemakers are mainly used for temporary rescue of patients with bradycardia, such as hyperkalemia, acute myocardial infarction, severe bradycardia, and life-threatening patients in need of rescue. Permanent pacemakers are suitable for patients with sinus node dysfunction; Adult acquired atrioventricular block (AVB); Patients with chronic double branch block; Acute myocardial infarction with atrioventricular block; Carotid sinus allergy and cardiac neurosyncope.
Instrument implantation.
1.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary damage or bilateral ventricular enlargement.
2.Patients with obvious disorder of coagulation mechanism.
